Private by default
Your saved personal photos and product screenshots are stored in a private bucket. Only you can access them through your signed-in account.
What we use images for
We use your saved photo and the product screenshots you upload to generate a visual try-on preview for you. Generated results are saved to your account until you delete them.
Deletion
You can delete any saved photo or generated look at any time from your account. You can also delete your entire account, which schedules removal of your photos, screenshots, generated results, try-on records and profile.
Model training
ONA does not use customer images to train models. If we ever offer this in the future, it will require a separate, explicit opt-in.
Third parties
Generation is powered by third-party AI providers. Images are sent to the provider only to produce your try-on. We do not sell your data.
